Position Summary Yotta Energy is seeking an experienced Facilities & Technology Manager to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities while managing the workplace technology that keeps our teams productive.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for facilities operations, office infrastructure, workplace technology, physical security, and managed IT services. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Responsibilities
Facilities Management
Manage the day-to-day operation of office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities
Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and building systems
Manage relationships with landlords, contractors, and facility service providers.
Ensure facilities remain clean, safe, organized, and operational
Oversee office expansions, renovations, workstation installations, and workspace planning
Manage office furniture, conference rooms, break areas, and common spaces
Coordinate building access, key control, badge systems, and visitor management
Support emergency preparedness and business continuity planning
Ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace safety requirements
Maintain facility budgets and monitor vendor performance
Workplace Technology
Serve as the primary liaison between employees and the company's managed IT provider
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding for technology equipment and system access
Manage company technology assets including laptops, monitors, mobile devices, printers, and accessories
Oversee Microsoft 365 licensing and coordinate user account administration
Maintain conference room technology including Microsoft Teams Rooms, displays, audio/video equipment, and digital signage
Coordinate installation, replacement, and upgrades of workplace technology
Assist employees with basic hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues while escalating complex issues to the managed IT provider
Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives, software deployments, and endpoint management with external partners
Vendor & Project Management
Manage contracts and relationships with facilities, telecommunications, and technology vendors
Lead office improvement, infrastructure, and technology projects from planning through completion
Track project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
Recommend improvements that enhance workplace efficiency and employee experience
Administrative Responsibilities
Develop and maintain facility and technology policies, procedures, and documentation
Maintain inventories of company assets and equipment
Assist with company events and office logistics
Prepare reports, budgets, and recommendations for leadership
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace technology, IT operations, or a related role
Experience managing third party vendors and service providers
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows based environments
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing or technology environment
Experience managing office construction, renovations, or facility improvements
Knowledge of physical security systems including access control and surveillance cameras
Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference room technology
Familiarity with networking, telecommunications, and workplace technology infrastructure
OSHA or Facilities Management certifications are a plus

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout office and warehouse environments
Frequently lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
Occasionally climb ladders and work in mechanical or utility areas
Ability to work both in office and warehouse/manufacturing environments
